Puppy Being Abused

Through our school outreach programs, Talbot Humane works to educate children about the necessity for treating all creatures with kindness and compassion. We can also provide speakers to adult groups and organizations who wish to learn more about our work in the county to promote responsible pet ownership.

We encourage all parents to teach kindness and to be a citizen advocate for animals.

"Life is life’s greatest gift. Guard the life of another creature as you would your own because it is your own on life’s scale of values, the smallest is no less precious to the creature who owns it than the largest...”   Lloyd Biggle, Jr. (1923-2002)
