Talbot Humane Volunteers Psyched For PetSmart Grand Opening Easton, MD ––  Talbot Humane volunteers came out in droves last night to receive training at the Talbot Humane Pet Adoption Center at PetSmart.  “I’ve been overwhelmed by the response of our volunteers who see this as an excellent chance to increase our cat adoptions,” exclaimed Patty Quimby Talbot Humane’s Shelter Coordinator.  Talbot Humane has been selected as a PetSmart Adoption Partner for their Multiple Day Cat Program and will have cats available for adoption at the store seven days per week.  “Finding enough homes for all of the cats we receive continues to be our biggest adoption challenge,” adds Quimby “and the opportunity that PetSmart has given us is a great gift.”  If you’re interested in volunteering at PetSmart for Talbot Humane, please contact Patty Quimby at 410-822-0107 or visit www.talbothumane.org for more information.  Talbot Humane is a not-for-profit organization operated by a small staff and a large corps of volunteers all dedicated to finding loving homes for unwanted animals.
